On the first floor a large living room with fireplace, carom table, heated indoor pool, two sofas, game table and a large dining table next to the kitchen, the house has a wine cellar and elevator.

On the same floor there is a large porch overlooking the garden with beautiful views.

On the same floor there are three bedrooms with interior bathroom and a toilet in the living room.

Next to the outdoor pool there are sunbeds, barbecue area and tables for outdoor seating.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with twin beds, living room, bathroom and toilet.

It also has a terrace overlooking the lake.

The house is well equipped for large families or gatherings of friends. Barbecue, perolas, paella and rosco, as well as everything you need to spend a few days of rest or long stays.

Equipped with seasonal bed linen (sheets of different fabrics in summer and winter) towels, table linen, kitchen towels, etc..

Ironing board and iron.


Change of linen on request and with charge.
